My business is run in its entirety by one person. I endeavour to ship all orders within one week of purchase. If your order is delayed beyond this timeline, I will email you.

DELIVERY TIMES
Australia: Orders are classed as either 'Letter Mail' or 'Large Package.'

Letter Mail: $4.50aud
Large Package: $13.90aud

Orders that qualify will be sent with untracked letter mail.
To receive order tracking and cover for lost packages, please upgrade to large package at checkout.

Large package orders will be sent with Australia Post Parcel and are fully tracked.

Letter Mail: 2-8 business days
Large Package: 2-8 business days.
*Please allow extra delivery time during the peak holiday period.

International: I do not offer untracked mail for international orders.
Orders are classified into two categories; small package and large package.

Small Package: $21.90aud
Large Package $26.90aud

All orders sent with Australia Post Parcel and are fully tracked. Expect delivery within 6-27 business days.

Until we have certainty about the tariff situation, I will not be offering postage to the US.

LOST DELIVERY?
I am unable to provide replacements for the loss of an untracked delivery.
If your tracked delivery has been confirmed lost by Australia Post, please contact us for a replacement.

RETURNS
We offer 14 day returns, given that the item is in its original condition (still in packaging and unused). Return postage costs to be covered by the customer.
To start a return, please contact us. Returns sent without prior contact or with product not in original condition will not be approved.
