PROCESSING TIMES
My business is run in its entirety by one person. I endeavour to ship all orders within one week of purchase. If your order is delayed beyond this timeline, I will email you.
DELIVERY TIMES
Australia:
I offer letter mail for orders of stickers only.
It is up to the customer to select the correct shipping option.
Please do not select 'Stickers Only' if your order features items from other categories.
If this happens, your order will be refunded.
Stickers Only: $3aud
Tracked Postage: from $10aud depending on weight
Stickers Only: 2-8 business days
Tracked Postage: 2-8 business days.

International: I do not offer untracked mail for international orders.
Postage to the US has been turned off until the tariff situation changes
All international postage: $23aud
All orders sent with Australia Post Parcel and are fully tracked. Expect delivery within 6-27 business days.

Customers are responsible for any tariff or import fees associated with their order.
LOST DELIVERY?
I am unable to provide replacements for the loss of an untracked delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to contact Australia Post and enquire about a possible lost package.
If your tracked delivery has been confirmed lost by Australia Post, please contact me for a replacement.
RETURNS
I offer 14 day returns, given that the item is in its original condition (still in packaging and unused). Return postage costs to be covered by the customer.
To start a return, please contact me through email or instagram. Returns sent without prior contact or with product not in original condition will not be approved.
